Let's take great care of your people.

Truth be told, we're picky about who we work with. Our ideal client cares deeply about the same things we care about in our own company: fostering a value-driven culture that results in a healthier, happier, and more appreciated workforce.
But after over 60 years of experience in the industry, our co-founder Gene knows how much easier said than done it is to build such a culture. That's why he and his son, Mike, created LoVasco Consulting Group, a comprehensive consultancy that makes taking care of your people less draining and even more rewarding.
