About
Luke is a consultant on the employee benefits team who challenges the way employers have been told to manage their health plans.
He spends a lot of time digging into how the system actually works—where dollars go, why costs keep rising, and where the status quo falls short. Rather than defaulting to renewals, carrier switches, or shifting costs to employees, Luke helps employers question those norms and take a more active role in how their plan is designed and how care is purchased.
His approach is straightforward: understand the business, cut through the noise, and identify practical ways to create more control, better outcomes, and a plan that actually works for both the employer and their people.
Outside of work, Luke was a collegiate golfer and still enjoys competing at a high level. He stays active, is into fitness and cold plunges, and has a deep appreciation for music. He and his wife, Rachel, and their daughters, Josie and Faye, are actively involved in their local church community.
