As an analyst for the Employee Benefits Consulting team, Emma is responsible for working closely with clients to help manage their benefits program. Emma’s background is in behavioral health. In the early stages of her career, she worked as an outpatient mental health therapist and later transitioned into a network management role for Macomb County Community Mental Health. Emma’s previous roles have provided her with valuable experience building and maintaining successful partnerships with a variety of clientele while fostering strong problem-solving skills.
In her free time Emma is committed to staying active and being outside as much as possible. She enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
