As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, Mickey Hagan manages the day-to-day execution of client benefits programs, supporting renewals, implementations, and ongoing plan administration. She focuses on keeping deliverables on track, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and carriers.
Mickey earned her Bachelor of Business Administrator from Northwood University. With eight years of experience in the employee benefits space, including time spent in a team lead role, Mickey brings a well-rounded perspective across client service, operations, and team coordination. What Mickey enjoys most about her work is the real impact it can have on people’s lives whether it’s helping get coverage approved, resolving a claim issue, or making benefits easier to understand during already stressful moments.
Outside of work, Mickey enjoys Michigan summers with her husband and two young children, who keep her busy. You can often find her spending time on the lakes in the Irish Hills area of Michigan.
