LoVasco Named to NAPA's Top DC Advisor Teams List for the Seventh Time

For the seventh time, LoVasco Consulting Group's Retirement Plan Consulting Team has been named to the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) Top DC Advisor Teams list—one of the most recognized honors in the retirement plan advisory industry.
This recognition doesn't happen by accident. According to NAPA’s selection criteria, it reflects years of steady, unglamorous work: tracking down compliance details before they become problems, building retirement plans that actually put employees on a path to financial security, and showing up with answers instead of waiting to be asked. That's the work our Retirement Plan Consulting team does every day.
What the NAPA Recognition Means
The NAPA Top DC Advisor Team list identifies the nation's leading retirement plan advisory firms. What separates this recognition from others is its focus: teams are evaluated based on defined contribution (DC) assets under advisement, with a minimum threshold of $100 million. And unlike awards that consider a firm's full book of business, NAPA focuses on teams operating from a single physical location, making the competition precise and the recognition meaningful.
According to NAPA, the designation recognizes teams for the high-quality retirement plan consultation they offer, as well as their overall contribution in building a more financially secure retirement for millions of Americans. This year’s list features 373 teams representing 43 states and the District of Columbia.
LoVasco's Retirement Plan Consulting team was recognized with over $1.2 billion in DC assets under advisement across 102 plans and 13,232 participants as of December 31, 2025.
Seven Times on This List
Earning a place on this list once is an achievement. Earning it seven times is evidence of something more durable: a team that has built the right relationships, the right processes, and the right culture to sustain performance over time, according to Gene LoVasco, President of LoVasco Consulting Group.
“We are incredibly honored to be recognized as one of only a few Michigan retirement plan consulting teams to make this prestigious roster,” he said of the honor. “And to earn this designation seven times is both humbling and rewarding. It is a testament to the incredible team we have here and the dedicated teamwork our professionals display day in and day out.”
For the plan sponsors and CFOs who rely on our team, this recognition means one thing: the people carrying the weight of your retirement plan alongside you have been recognized, repeatedly, as among the best in the country at doing exactly that.
The Outsourced Chief Retirement Officer Model
LoVasco's Retirement Plan Consulting practice operates differently than most retirement advisors. Rather than showing up quarterly to present a report and leave, our team serves as your outsourced Chief Retirement Officer—fully accountable for the strategy, compliance, investment oversight, and employee financial wellness components of your plan.
Plan sponsors carry real personal liability as named fiduciaries. Our job is to make sure you understand exactly what's being done in your name—and that the answer is always: everything it should be.
This recognition by NAPA is a welcome testament to that commitment fulfilled.
