LoVasco Consulting Group is proud to announce that Jim Chapman, Consultant on our Retirement Plan Consulting team, has been named one of the National Association of Plan Advisors’ (NAPA) 2026 “Aces”—the Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40.

Each year, NAPA honors 100 outstanding younger professionals who demonstrate exceptional dedication to their clients and leadership within the retirement plan industry. The list, established in 2014, is drawn from hundreds of nominations nationwide and vetted by a panel of senior industry experts. Advisors are evaluated based on both quantitative and qualitative factors, including client impact, professional growth, and community involvement.

“Jim’s approach to consulting reflects what we value most at LoVasco: proactive service, deep technical expertise, and genuine care for clients,” said Mike Iley, Managing Director and COO. “He’s built strong, lasting relationships by helping organizations design and manage plans that truly benefit their employees.”

Jim joined LoVasco shortly after graduating from college and has spent his career helping employers strengthen their fiduciary oversight, plan design, and employee engagement. As a consultant, he serves as a lead consultant for corporate retirement plans across the country, guiding plan sponsors through complex regulatory and investment decisions while keeping participant outcomes front and center.

Beyond his client work, Jim is deeply committed to community and professional mentorship. He volunteers with Investment Professionals for Charity, a Detroit-based nonprofit that teaches financial literacy and investing skills to high school students, and serves on the Investment Committee for the Catholic Foundation of Michigan.

“Being recognized among so many talented professionals is an honor,” Jim said. “The retirement industry is constantly evolving, and I’m grateful to work alongside colleagues and clients who are just as passionate about helping people achieve financial security.”
